"I was flunked by another realtor and was left high and dry until someone referred me to Ben. What I love about working with Ben is how he deeply respect the client's decision and will only make recommendations in measured tone, instead of pressuring you into something you aren't comfortable with. "I appreciate the work Ben put into getting my friend's house sold. She is incapacitated and is unable to travel so Ben made the 1.5hr trip to come and see her a few times to get the paperwork done and the house sold....which went 12% over asking price. Well done Ben! Thanks so much" - Hope C

I’m new to the area and I”m so glad to have found Ben! We were driving around in Lawrencetown a few years ago, and saw his sign at the top of a hill outside a beautiful oceanview house.
He was a great choice and I have now bought and sold a few places with him.
"Coming from somewhere else, I was surprised at how much Ben does for you, especially as a seller. He said “Give me the keys, and I take care of everything else.” I was blown away by that, as previously I pretty much had to find a photographer, stager, write the listing, etc. He even watered the flowers and mowed the lawn!
I started calling Ben “The One-Stop Shop.” He has a lot of trusted connections in the business (lawyers, mortgage brokers, etc), knows all the areas, is not grumpy when showing places, and keeps your best interest in mind. He’s hilarious, responsive and pleasant too! He makes everything easy. You won’t be disappointed with Ben and I highly recommend him!" - Maureen S
